CLI Solutions, founded in 2005 and headquartered in Tampa, Florida, is a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and SBA 8(a) participant dedicated to delivering cost-effective, high-quality professional services to Federal, State, and Commercial clients.

Since our founding in 2005 in Tampa, FL, we have specialized in Native Translation, Interpretation, and Cultural Advisory services, while expanding our capabilities to include Intelligence Analysis, Bid & Proposal Support for U.S. Government Contracts, Program Management, and Recruitment.

MEET OUR FOUNDER
Mr. Husein Atari joined the United States Air Force in 1989, where his expertise in all Arabic dialects and Middle East culture led him to serve as a cultural advisor at U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM) — one of the most prestigious roles he held both in uniform and later as a contractor. He provided expert interpretation and cultural support to senior USCENTCOM leadership, directly shaping U.S. policy and strategy in the Middle East. After 13 years of military service, Mr. Atari returned to USCENTCOM as a Department of Defense contractor, where he played a key role in establishing and expanding the command’s Open Source unit.
In 2005, he founded CLI Solutions, which has proudly supported USCENTCOM and other clients ever since. Mr. Atari is guided by faith, family, and a commitment to honesty, integrity, and respect — values that remain at the heart of CLI Solutions.
