• Provided Assessment Services to include CISA Assessments, External Dependency Management (EDM) and Cyber Resilience Review (CRR). The EDM Assessment incorporates and expands on the cybersecurity concepts included in the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Cybersecurity Framework (CSF). The CRR allows organizations to develop an understanding of their ability to manage cyber risk during normal operations and times of operational stress and crisis.

• In advance of the final rulemaking for CMMC, we have performed several Joint Voluntary Security Assessments with DOD DIBCAC. • Provided services to the NSWCPD’s (CHENG) System Engineering Process Group (SEPG), which supervises the System Engineering Process (SEP) lifecycle of 105 active projects. Our services included identifying improvement to the System Engineering Process within many lifecycle phases, including governance and implementation infrastructure processes, measurement and analysis, measurement performance, analytical and technological processes, process asset development, peer reviews, formal decision making, and estimating processes to enhance and increase process maturity. Department of Defense, Defense Threat Reduction Agency – Cybersecurity Assessment, Development, Policy Review and Software Development

• Provide subcontract work under DTRA CITRIC III TORP 47 EIDSS & PACS (Electronic Integrated Disease Surveillance System and Pathogen Asset Control System), which includes comprehensive cybersecurity services and expertise during execution of the contract, which secures the development and implementation processes of its information technology systems, applications, and networks. Our team provides a review of system architectures to ensure alignment and compliance with cybersecurity practices and established frameworks. We  provide cybersecurity oversight for the entire project, including software development, implementation hardware and deployment processes, and training. We develop comprehensive policies, plans and strategy documents for cybersecurity based on applicable frameworks and industry best practice knowledge. Our team serves as the Quality Assurance, Quality Control lead and provides oversight of the entire project from a quality assurance and control perspective. The company uses NIST frameworks, including NIST 800-53, NIST 800-30, NIST 800- 37 Revision 5, and risk frameworks for review of cyber practices, processes, and cyber policies, keeping in mind country specific requirements. We make recommendations to the for security practices to comply with safeguarding all government equipment, information, and property and ensure implementation and sustainment of the systems following industry best practices and frameworks.

Department of Defense, Defense Threat Reduction Agency – Advanced Blue Cyber

• The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) conducts comprehensive mission assurance assessments across the globe to identify vulnerabilities in critical mission systems, networks, and infrastructures. Cyber
  assessments inform DTRA customers and nation partners of existing and ongoing cyber threats, enabling them to implement risk management strategies for national security. We provide Advanced Blue Cyber expertise to include planning, developing, coordinating and managing advanced cyber systems, conducting assessments, and performing forensic analysis. Our team identifies security threats and risks in the operating environment, and in cooperation with the DTRA, analyzes the network environment and its current state of security readiness. Our  Advanced Blue Cyber Assessments identifies indicators of compromise, conducts operational
  network vulnerability evaluations and provides mitigation techniques to DTRA who have a need for an independent technical review of their network security posture.

Department of Defense, Defense Threat Reduction Agency – Cybersecurity Assessment and Training

• Subcontractor to provide cybersecurity services and training for DTRA’s Biological Threat Reduction Program across Cambodia and Vietnam. Our team provided evaluation of training materials, to include country specific policy, training development and curriculum delivery. Provided cyber assessments, evaluation of current state, and recommendation of cybersecurity best practices and standards that are applicable and most appropriate for use, based on expertise.

• Performed CMMI Appraisal for an organization supporting U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs providing support services include software deployment services, release management, change configuration management, configuration management, and software monitoring application services for production applications. The organization is managing, configuring, and monitoring the service delivery system for production VA applications. Software development using Microsoft SharePoint to assist in the governance process to ensure VA’s IT investments achieve their intended outcomes on time and within budget, meet veteran’s needs, and supporting VA’s mission and business objectives.
